Lauren Harrington

Lauren is originally from Massachusetts. She completed both her undergrad and graduate degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders at University of New Hampshire. As part of her graduate degree, Lauren completed a master’s thesis titled “Have you seen this? Impact of concussion and memory on narrative retells of silent animated video.”

Lauren gained clinical experience at a pediatric outpatient and K-8 school while in grad school, where she gained skills for supporting children in strengthening their communication skills. She also has work experience as a teaching assistant in an infant classroom, where she found her passion for creating environments that encourage language development.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, swimming, crocheting, and reading. She loves spending time exploring New Hampshire with her friends and family, or staying home to snuggle up with her kitty, Esther.
